Issue of Application Form
11 th March, 2024 to 23rd March, 2024 (except
Sunday) Forms will be available between 2:00p.m. – 6:00p.m.
at the registered office of IJWCA
Please note:*One person will get one form only. This time
also the Application forms will be given to the
candidates free of cost.
Examination fees may be paid in CASH or by BANK Draft /
PAYORDER which should be payable to
INDO – JAPAN WELFARE AND CULTURAL
ASSOCIATION,
Examination Fees for: N1 = Rs. 1,300/-, N2 = 1,300/- , N3=
1,300/- , N4 =1,300/-, N5=1,300/-
Date of submission of Application Forms: 22 nd March &
23 rd March 2024, 27 th March to 30 th March,
Forms along with the examination fees will have to be
submitted at the Host Institution office between 2.00 p.m.
and 6 p.m.
*This time we have a bigger test center so
that many candidates can
be accommodated.

information about the procedure.
ANNOUNCEMENT
Please note: Application forms by post
will only be available to applicants residing outside
Kolkata
For getting the application forms by post:
For one form Draft will be = Rs.50/- for Postage and misc.
expenses
for 2-5 forms= Rs.100/- and for 6-10 forms= Rs. 200/-
Candidates will be required to provide the following
details:
-Name of all the applicants Contact number
- Complete postal address where the forms will be sent. (One
single address in case of bulk forms)

Please send a bank draft payable to INDO – JAPAN WELFARE AND
CULTURAL ASSOCIATION, JLPT A/C
along with the above details by 18 th .March,24. We will
dispatch the forms after receiving the draft.
Result of JLPT Dec.2023: The dispatch of Result by post will
be started from 26 th Feb. 2024- Result
can be collected from our office during office hours between
2:30pm to 6:00pm (except Friday and Sunday)
those who have mentioned to collect by hand.
